All operators are limited to a maximum of 200 W PEP.
§97.313(c)(1)
Amateur stations transmitting on the 30 m band must not cause harmful interference to, and must accept interference from, stations authorized by other nations in the fixed service.
§97.303(j)
Only a RTTY or data emission using these specified digital codes may be transmitted on the 30 m band: Baudot, AMTOR, ASCII, or any technique whose technical characteristics have been documented publicly, such as CLOVER, G-TOR, or PacTOR, for the purpose of facilitating communications.

The authorized bandwidth for the 30 m band is 2.8 kHz.

Contest activity shall not take place on the 30 m band. Non-contesting radio amateurs are encouraged to also use the contest-free bands during large international contests.
